Payment Plans: Frazier Portfolio has two types of 1099 payment plans: (W2 terms accepted)

1) A one-time short term project(s) ordered and completed in the home office usually under $2000, which is paid through PayPal.  You must have a Pay Pal account or arrange for bank deposits to the Frazier Portfolio merchant account.

2) A monthly salary (retainer or W2) for work over-time is maintained and paid in bi-weekly installments to Frazier Portfolio by your corporation to consult and complete a project phase development plan, which may require part time on-site local visits or distant traveling or conferencing to obtain information and meet with business stakeholders. This plan varies according to time line and the corporation location and usually range from $2000.00 to $4000.00 per month.

Invoices:  All projects will be digitally invoiced at the time project is ready to send/ship. A 30-day grace period for receivable payments is acceptable.  Declined payments will be automatically charged a $35.00 fee. We accept business PayPal only (see below).

"PayPal":"PayPal" is the new, easy and safe way to pay at Frazier Portfolio. In addition, payments are received very quickly so that orders can be processed faster.

Project Cancellations:   Cancellations are only accepted within the same business day the order was placed no later than 4pm PST. There are no exceptions, if you cancel an order the same day you will be not be charged a fee, thereafter, you will be automatically charged a processing fee of 25%.

Project Approval: If your project item has already shipped all sales are final so be very sure at the time of approval that everything is correct. Change fees will apply after project is released to owner.  All transactions after written or digital approval are final.

Local Delivery: Frazier Portfolio will personally deliver projects to local businesses at .33 per mile, only in Orange County. Business outside OC will incur a driving and handling charge of 2% of invoice total or $.33 per mile, which ever is greater.

Project Shipping: CD or printed material will be 7% of order total with a minimum charge of $4.50. For shipping rates click here.
Rush orders are available upon request, however, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damages:   Call our office within 24 hours to report any damage to the shipment.  Request a Return Authorization Code from Frazier Portfolio so you may be credited and products may be resent to you immediately.
In the event of cancellation, please ensure that you return the goods to the address above. You will be required to bear the direct postal cost of return if the value of the returned goods is less than $100.00 or possibly at a higher value of the returned goods; if you did not advise us of your intention to return. In any other case (damaged item or wrongly sent item) then return of goods is free.

Except as specifically stated on this site...neither Frazierportfolio.com nor any of its directors, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, third-party content providers, sponsors, licensers, or other representatives, shall be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
