The PEP Plan...we present you with a professional executable plan... a checklist if you will, so the team knows exactly how we are going to organize your documents, power point presentations and eLearning capabilities. We won't just drop it off for inspection, we fully intend to drive the plan and lead the team throughout the entire life cycle of the project, small or large on-site or from our office...we are a reliable document support system.
PEP plans take as long as a phase runs end-to-end which includes five procedures: 1. Inintiation Plans | 2. Design plans | 3. Testing plans | 4. implementation of product | 5. validation and tracability. We can be on-site once or twice a week to see the plan through to its completion and a final product delivered to your customer.
